ABOUT

Hi! I'm Floyd, better known by the online moniker 'Xenophoe', or 'XGI'. I'm 24 years old, a graduate with a degree in Classics, and I'm almost always drawing up something. I've done on-and-off freelance commission work for about 4-5 years, participated in several non-profit 'zines' or organized art compilations, and would be more than happy to assist with anything that calls for my artistic talent!When it comes to my online presence, my most well-known pieces tend to be on the sillier, sketchier side, but I've always been drawn to sharing my more complete works with the world. In my work, I like to explore themes of uncertain identity, and the embrace of simple shapes and abstract phenomena. Much of what I create is a struggle between the known and unknown, which can lead to endless possibilities when it comes to artistic expression. The more the merrier, I say!On the other hand, I adore the character design process and creating creatures of all kinds and sorts. This is primarily evident in my illustration work.
